Backup and restore database

Backup database

1. Go to Tools menu and click Backup / Restore data.

2. Click Choose button to select the backup folder path. It could be a local drive on your computer or an external hard drive.

3. Type the backup file name.

4. Click Backup now button.

NOTE: You can also directly copy the folder c:\craveinvoicedata to some external drive as a backup instead of following the steps above. That way, you will have backup of database as well as report templates in the software.

Restore database

1. Go to Tools menu and click Backup / Restore data.

2. Click Select database to restore button.

3. Locate the file on your computer and select it.

4. CraveInvoice will restore the backup file to c:\craveinvoicedata folder. Your current database will be replaced in the process.
