Frequently asked questions

What’s the difference between cloud and desktop?
The cloud version (CraveWeb) is a subscription you use in any browser or the mobile app, with automatic online backup and access from anywhere. The desktop version is a one-time license installed on your PC that runs fully offline. The software does the same job either way.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — a 30-day free trial of the cloud version with full features, no credit card needed. You can also download the desktop trial.
Can I add more users later?
Yes. Each cloud plan includes a set number of users; extra users are ₹1,999 per user per year. The accountant (CA) login is always free.
Do the prices include GST?
INR prices are shown excluding 18% GST. International (USD) pricing applies outside India and doesn’t include GST or e-invoice features.
What are E-Invoice and AI add-ons?
E-Invoice / E-Way Bill is an India-only compliance add-on, priced per GSTIN as document packs. The AI Assistant helps you draft and look things up — the Professional plan includes 25 requests a month, and you can buy larger packs.
Is there a discount for paying for multiple years?
Yes — pay for 2 years and save 10%, or 3 years and save 20%, on plans and extra users. Usage-based add-ons (e-invoice, AI) are excluded.
What kind of support is available?
We offer support via email, live chat and phone (in certain regions). Online support is included with your subscription or, for desktop, for one year from purchase.
Can you migrate my data from Tally or Excel?
Yes — data migration is available as a ₹2,999 one-time service, and we offer an optional onboarding and training session.
